great location but interior view could improve
The location couldn't be any better. I enjoyed the lovely salon and balcony overlooking the river with a fantastic spot to unwind. The breakfast selection was excellent, with delicious local dishes in the restaurant. The river view from the balcony was a highlight of my stay.

The location was excellent, just minutes away from the Arno's banks and Ponte Vecchio. The room was spacious and featured luxurious linens. I appreciated the variety offered at breakfast with local cuisine options, and the outdoor cafe for dining.
There was a slight issue with inconsistent water pressure in the shower .

We lived in a deluxe room. Clean, friendly personnel, great breakfast. location is very good: close to the historical center, on the bank of the river, while quite quiet. Tea, coffee, slippers, toiletries, iron in the room. evening was not enough to master all the additional functions of a Jacuzzi bath and shower.
There's been a little overlapping. We booked a deluxe room, liked the picture of the room in two levels, the first - the living room area, the second - the bed. In fact, it turned out that the hotel has 2 deluxe rooms at one price. One of them is like this, and the other is simpler. Unfortunately, we got the one that's simpler. But to be fair, I must say that everything else was decent, and Florence has something to do besides enjoy the room. We went to celebrate our birthday.

Rooftop terrace with panoramic views, historical significance of the building, unique blend of modern and antique
A bit more attention to the noise from the laundry facilities is necessary!!! Low lighting in rooms could use an upgrade!!!

The homemade pasta at nearby Il Latini is awesome, and the view of the river from my Queen Room was fine. The air conditioning kept the space nice and cool.
While it's tough to find faults, a few more snack options at the bar would've been a nice touch, even though the overall experience was great.

it was a surprise to find hotel reception on 2nd floor which was accessed by a small very slow lift. this was not particularly welcoming. The situation improved when we arrived at reception, the receptionists were very efficient pleasant and informative,we expected the room to be a little better as it was described as a junior suite, there was a double bed , a small table and 2 small chairs , there was a great view of the river and of the Ponte Vecchio. The bathroom did have a good sized Jacuzzi and a great shower. The situation was great, the room was very clean. Breakfast was very adequate, run by a charming smiling lady from the Philippines. Having subsequently visited Venice I think it was fair value for money!!!!!!!
the entrance, think the photographs are flattering
